ProCard%20Home_edited.jpg

ProCard is a site that MSS employees use to view their schedule, manage private bookings, review pay, find locker assignments and (most importantly) sign out after each lesson. New hires should receive their account info via email within 5 business days of completing an onboarding appointment. Please direct issues about your account to James.

Overview

Finding my Schedule

Once logged in, view your work schedule by clicking the “Schedule” tile on your home screen. Check your schedule often: it may change last-minute if a booking is assigned to you, especially during busy/holiday periods, and it's your responsibility to be aware of your schedule at all times. Seek out your direct supervisor with any scheduling conflicts or concerns with as much notice as possible.

Signing Out: Policy

Signing out at the end of a lesson is an important part of the private lesson process. It indicates that you have completed your lesson safely, and you have dropped off any children in the lesson with their guardian. It is also used as proof of service: if you do not sign out, we have no way to confirm that a lesson actually occurred.

MSS policy is that you must sign out for all private lessons by 11:59pm on the day of the lesson. After that, your lesson assignment type will be changed to Supervisor Managed and you will be paid at your private assign rate ($8/hr above your base wage). No exceptions will be made.

We are happy to help with ProCard training if you need support. Drop by the MSS Admin office, ask a supervisor or read the section below for info on how to sign out correctly.

Signing Out: How-To

Signing out on ProCard is easy and mobile-friendly too! Note that per our sign-out policy, if you fail to sign out for a private lesson on time, your lesson assignment type will be changed to Supervisor Managed and you will be paid at your private assign rate ($8/hr above your base wage).

To sign out, log into ProCard and tap the Schedule tile. Find the lesson or day for which you are signing out. Click the drop-down arrow on the far right to expand details:

We highly recommend building your class list. Although it is not mandatory, it helps you track your clients and can be referenced during future seasons. Complete your sign-out by clicking the money bag icon (review your pay info and confirm), and then the clipboard icon. Make sure that BOTH icons have a green check mark to ensure that you have fully signed out:

Pay Errors & Disputing Pay

If you notice an error with your pay as you are signing out, you must complete two actions to ensure it gets corrected.

1. When signing out, after clicking on the money bag icon, please choose “This is NOT correct.” The money bag will turn red to indicate that you have disputed your pay:

2. You must also inform the supervisor for that lesson that you noticed a mistake in order for it to get corrected.

Once informed, your supervisor will make the necessary corrections to get you paid accurately. Any time you dispute your pay during sign-out, please click the clipboard as you normally would to indicate that you have completed the activity and dropped off any children with their guardian(s). You do not need to go back and sign out again after your supervisor corrects your pay.

If you are missing pay for a day of training, please contact training manager Paul Franzeim. If you are missing student pay, or were paid for the wrong number of hours, please start by contacting your direct supervisor for that day of work. MSS Admin is always happy to help with pay issues as well- call us at (307) 739-2648.
