As we approach the end of the 2024-2025 season, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your hard work and dedication this winter. Your efforts helped provide our guests with real mountain adventure and genuine human connection, and we hope this season has been fun and rewarding for you.

We’re already planning for the 2025-2026 winter season. To help us recruit and hire effectively, we would appreciate your feedback regarding your potential return to the MSS next winter. Your response is not binding, so you will still receive an official job offer for next winter. This information will allow us to better understand our hiring and staffing needs, as well as improve our overall staffing efficiency.
