MSS Product Updates

  • Youth Kick-off Camps are back. Introduced last season, Kick-Off programs will run for three-week sessions for three consecutive Saturdays or Sundays (Dec 6,13 and 20 OR Dec 7, 14, 21). Groups will be formed based on age (5 – 14 yr old children) and ability level.

  • All new Mountain Adventure Classes are an updated version of our advanced and expert adult ski and snowboard group lessons. Students will meet at 8:30 at the base of Bridger Gondola to gain early access to the mountain. The session will run from 9 am to 3 pm. We are excited about this new opportunity to create a unique and classic Jackson adventure.

  • Meet times for the beginner, novice and intermediate Adult Alpine and Snowboard group lessons have been adjusted to align with Explorer lessons. All adult group lessons will meet at 9:30 am and run until 3:30 pm.

  • Introduced last year, the KR Early Drop Off Program is for our guests that are booked into an early tram or gondola product (includes the Mountain Adventure class). For an add-on fee, they can drop children off as early as 8am for one of our youth programs. Kids Ranch crew will facilitate getting them ready to ski/ride and to the correct meeting spot from the KR.

  • New this year is the January Class Pass. Aimed at Beginner, Novice and Intermediate skiers and riders, this pass is a single price for unlimited class lessons for the month of January. The pass does not extend to Advanced and Expert skiers and riders.

  • We’ve also expanded availability for our Kids Ranch Nanny Product this winter. KR Nannies offer one-on-one care by licensed childcare professionals for children under three.

Operational Reminders

ree

The private lesson team is working hard assigning bookings for the December holidays. If you have bookings to enter- please- get them on your schedule. If you are making referrals, remember, you can make these by emailing the team at mss.privates@jacksonhole.com. If you are booking new clients through ProBooking, there have been some glitches. You may not see the booking on your ProCard schedule. However, they are in RTP (MSS system), which means we got them! We are working with ProCard to address this.

Reminder to all full- and part-time + private lesson instructors that you will be scheduled Available for Privates through the full December holiday period (Dec 19 through Jan 3rd) per your status requirement. This ensures that we can cover our business AND assign you privates that are well-matched to your strengths. Time off will be scheduled based on requests. Check in with Caroline, Tristan and Meg for custom scheduling through this time.

Supervisors will continue to be in the office through our delayed opening period. If you need assistance with questions or schedules, please reach out to your primary product zone team. Feel free to drop in to your product zone office or email to the product zone address.
