It’s open! The Wild Woods playground is open. Nestled in the trees above the Solitude Station, the playground offers elevated features for climbing, crawling, swinging, and sliding. Away from the bustle of the base area, it's cool even on a hot sunny day. Our summer camp groups opened it yesterday. You can access the Wild Woods by hiking up (the mountain road is probably most direct) or by using the Sweetwater Gondola mid-station stop (lift access required).
The summer season is coming to an end with a bang! As the summer season draws to a close, we’re gearing up for special events each of the next three weekends.
Saturday September 2nd- The Rendezvous Enduro/Montana Enduro Series. Race number 3 of the Montana Enduro Series happens Saturday. Watch racers from all over the region tackle the big one and get to do what very few bikers get to- ride a bike off the top.
Saturday September 9th- The classic bike race LOTOJA. This 200+ mile bike race finishes in Teton Village every September. Come see bikers cross the finish line at the base of the Tetons- you’ll probably recognize a few of them!
Saturday September 16th- Annual TGR Premier Party. Be there for the premier of this year's annual TGR film, Legend Has It.100% of the proceeds from this event go to the Coombs Foundation. Two showings, music from the Deadlocks and One Ton Pig, mountain biking, food, drinks, and MORE. Link to BUY TICKETS. Link to the trailer HERE.

Winter Updates
We are excited to present our updated Status System for the 2023-2024 Winter Season!
Our Status System for the upcoming winter was shaped by feedback and insights gathered from staff, supervisors, and analytics last season. These insights have led us to three conclusions:
We need to be more specific about peak period dates.
We need to be more specific about the expectations and benefits within each status, especially the part time variations.
We need to be more specific about our training expectations.
We crafted the status definitions with all this in mind and through the lens of staffing to meet instructor needs, business demands, and organizational goals.

*In-order to complete your on-boarding process and be eligible for your Employee Pass, you must
1. Have accepted your offer;
2. Have your schedule request submitted and approved;
3. Sign up for your training sessions;
Other notes for the winter coming up:
Please sign your children up for their winter seasonal programs as soon as possible. This will help us create groups sooner, and may allow some children on the waitlist into our programs.
Probooking is OPEN! Whit and her team are standing by to get those bookings into RTP. Remember that daily lift access is limited again this winter. Please remind your guests to organize their tickets!
Applications for childcare this winter are open NOW. Hailey would like you to reach out to her directly at hailey.setz@jacksonhole.com to get that process started.
If you have housing or need housing, check out the MSS Housing Forum on Telegraph. Link is HERE.
Last but not least- we miss you! Let’s get together Sept 14th at R-park. Join us for a beverage and some nosh. We’ll provide more details as we get closer to the date. Yard games will be there. Looking forward to it.
