Offers By now, you should all have received your offers for the 2022-2023 winter season. Please respond to your job offer by October 10th, even if you are planning on not returning. The earlier we receive your response, the earlier we will be able to understand our staffing and hiring needs for the winter. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Lexey.wauters@jacksonhole.com or steve.thomas@jacksonhole.com. If there are changes to status or updates to your profile (certification, accreditations, years of service) NOW is the time to make those.

Scheduling

If you have accepted your offer, look for your confirmation notice via email shortly. For instructors and guides only, we are introducing a Schedule Request Form that will allow you to get your season schedule request in early. We are asking that all instructor and guide staff have their season schedule submitted before opening day.

Bookings

If you haven’t already, it’s time to reach out to your guests and get their bookings in for the winter. ProBooking makes the process easy for both your returning and new guests. We are working hard to forecast the winter season, and plan for staffing/scheduling. The earlier you get your bookings in, the more information we have to help us plan.

Training

The training calendar is open and available for signups on the training tab on ProCard. In the interest of safety with respect to early season conditions, we will be limiting training to 100 participants per day so please sign-up early to ensure you get you preferred days. Sign-ups will close a few days prior to the event date to get groups organized. Elective trainings will open for sign-ups two weeks prior to the event date. Look for great elective topics during the Fall Academy (Dec14th-16th).This event is a fantastic tune-up for the season and a great way to re-connect with your skiing/riding community.

New at the Village

Solitude Station just became even cooler! Just uphill and slightly to the north, we have installed the Solitude Play Zone. This will be open next summer- think of it as a summer stash park or wilderness playground. Check out these photos!
