URGENT: Employee survey

MSS staff, 

I hope this notification finds you well. We are reaching out to kindly request your participation in the employee survey. Your feedback is really valuable to us, and it plays an important role in shaping the future of our company. Your input will help us identify areas of improvement and ensure that we continue to provide the best possible experience to both our staff and guests. 

Mountain Sports School is the BIGGEST department in the company. Your experience here as an employee represents a lot of us. The Leadership Team wants to know more about that experience so we can understand how make it better. The survey is administered by a third party and is double blinded so that it remains fully anonymous. Your phone number is attached to your job position only not your name for reporting and analysis purposes. It takes a brief 10- 15 minutes. So far, 31% of you have participated in the survey (thank you!)- I know we can bring that up. Our goal is 75%.
